He advises our teams on Agile planning, product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, release management, and continuous improvement to help teams meet time-to-market goals and improve customer satisfaction. His guidance spans solution strategy, architecture planning, DevSecOps implementation, Agile tools management, and delivery metrics, along with strategic workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and pricing to support predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
