We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in all Salesforce application modules and integration development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and integration, with the ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  2. Design and implement Salesforce solutions across all Salesforce application modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  4. Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
  5. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows in Salesforce.
  6. Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce configurations and code to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  7. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following best practices and coding standards.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  9. Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend new features and technologies to enhance business processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) is required.
  3. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration, focus on team achievement and not just on individual goals.
  4. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs, manage batch processes and custom SOAP/REST web services in development .
  5. Experience with Salesforce application modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, app Integration, Field Services Management and CPQ.
  6. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits and ability to work with ETL teams in data integration phase.
  7. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
