We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in all Salesforce application modules and integration development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and integration, with the ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions across all Salesforce application modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows in Salesforce.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce configurations and code to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend new features and technologies to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce initiatives and projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) is required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration, focus on team achievement and not just on individual goals.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs, manage batch processes and custom SOAP/REST web services in development .
- Experience with Salesforce application modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, app Integration, Field Services Management and CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits and ability to work with ETL teams in data integration phase.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
